Orders may be placed via phone, fax, email or through our online shopping cart. Contact our customer service department for more information.
Cancelled Orders/Returns
Customers may cancel orders before delivery is made. Please be sure to contact your sales representative or one of our customer service personnel. If you ordered or received the wrong item in error, just give us a call and we will make the
necessary arrangements to satisfy your needs.
Damages/Defects
Any item you receive that is damaged or defective should be reported immediately. Please notify your delivery driver if possible or contact our customer service personnel. We will make the necessary arrangements to either credit your account or deliver a replacement to you.
Products and Availability
Our printed and online catalog feature over 36,000 different items. We do not stock every item listed in our catalog. Occasionally, we will be out of stock on certain items. When this happens, customers may request that items
be placed on backorder. Customers have the ability to cancel backordered items if they wish to. Once backordered items come in, delivery will be made immediately.
